What materials do you use?
Our chains are made from 925 sterling silver, finished with 18k micron gold plating. Made to stay beautiful for every day wear.
How many initials can I add?
You can add up to 5 initials, in any order you like.
How does the ordering process work?
Choose your metal, gold or silver. Fill in your preferred letters and the order you want them.
Place your order and we'll take it from there.
This is a pre-order, you'll receive an email with all shipping details and updates once your piece is being made.
Can I return or exchange my Custom Name Chain?
Since every piece is custom made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your initials and order before placing your order.

Absolutely. We ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, your chain can be shipped to you.
