Do I need an appointment or can I come in without one?
While walk-ins are always welcome, we highly recommend booking your appointment online to avoid waiting times and ensure immediate service upon arrival.
What jewelry is included in the price?
Our pricing always includes a selection from our basic line, which features timeless, minimal designs.
If you choose a piece from our extra line, the price will be slightly higher due to the use of premium details such as gemstones and more intricate finishes.
How long does the healing process take?
The healing time varies depending on the type of piercing. Lobe piercings generally heal the fastest, while piercings in the soft cartilage take a bit longer.
Piercings on the outside of the ear tend to heal more slowly due to friction (for example from sleeping or movement), whereas piercings on the inside of the ear may heal slightly faster.
How do I care for my piercing afterward?
Proper aftercare is essential for a smooth healing process. We recommend cleaning your piercing twice a day with a saline solution and avoiding unnecessary touching. Always wash your hands before handling your jewellery.
Try to avoid sleeping directly on the piercing, especially for ear piercings, as friction can slow down healing. It’s also important not to twist or remove the jewellery during the healing period.
Keep the area clean, avoid harsh products (like alcohol or perfume), and be mindful when brushing hair or getting dressed. With the right care, your piercing will heal comfortably and beautifully.
