On this page you can enter your billing and shipping details and choose a payment method of your preference. After the payment is completed you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will keep you informed about the status of your order via e-mail. You can also follow this in your account (if you created it when ordering).
What a pity that the product you wanted to order so badly is now just out of stock. In most cases, we will reorder products when they are unexpectedly sold out. When the product is back in stock differs per product. Do you want to know for sure when you can get your gem? Send an email with a link to the product to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find out for you.

If you have a PayPal account, you can also choose this as a payment method. When paying via PayPal, it is a requirement to have the amount of your order in your account balance with PayPal.

Orders that are ordered before 21:00 will be shipped the same day. Deliveries within the Netherlands are delivered the next day (with the exception of orders during the weekend). Deliveries to Belgium take 1-2 working days.
Deliveries to other European countries usually take 2-3 business days.
Deliveries to countries outside Europe usually take 5-8 business days.

You have the right to cancel and return your order within our 30-day return period. During this time you can assess and fit your order.
It is a pity that a piece of jewelry that you have shopped is not quite what you had in mind. You can return the item up to 30 days after receiving your order. Follow the following steps.
1. Pack the items in the original packaging and box or other sturdy packaging.
2. Fill in the return form that you received with your order, place it in the box and seal the box tightly. Have you lost the form? Then you can download it here .
3. Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or product? Order it again on our website and return the original item.

The costs for a return are for your own account. We recommend sending your return as a letterbox package with track & trace because The Spice of Life is not responsible for the loss of a shipment.
Used items cannot be returned.
If you want to return all items from your order, you will also receive the shipping costs of the order back in addition to the purchase amount. The return costs are for your own account.
How annoying that something went wrong with your order. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate what is going on and what your name and order number is. If an item has been delivered damaged or incomplete, we would appreciate it if you could send a photo of it. We will process your complaint as soon as possible.
QUESTIONS ABOUT JEWELRY
The gold jewelry from our own collection (The Spice Collection) is made of real silver with a very qualitative 18 karat gold plating. The gold plating uses the micron plating technique so that the color is retained. We are therefore happy to give a 6-month warranty on the color. In the unlikely event that something should happen to it in the meantime, we will gladly replace the jewelry for a new one.
If you do not wear your real silver jewelry for a while, it can turn dark due to the oxidation process. No problem, you can make your jewelry radiant again by polishing it with a soft, dry cloth. Does this not yet have the desired result? Then use a silver polish.
Hell yes! We provide a standard 6-month warranty on your purchase. Is there an unexpected problem with the jewelry within this period? Send us an email with a photo of the problem and we will gladly replace your jewelry for a new one.
