EXCHANGES & RETURNS
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of ordering. During this period you have time to adjust and review your purchase.

How annoying that something went wrong with your order. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate what went wrong and what your name and order number is. If a piece of jewelry is damaged or incomplete, it would be very nice if you could also send a photo of it. We will help you with a solution as soon as possible.
QUESTIONS ABOUT JEWELRY
The gold jewelry is made of real silver with a very qualitative 18 karat gold plating. The gold plating uses the micron plating technique so that the color is retained. We are therefore happy to give a 6-month warranty on the color. In the unlikely event that something should happen to it in the meantime, we will gladly replace the jewelry for a new one.
If you do not wear real silver jewelry for a while or do not store it properly, it can turn dark due to the oxidation process. No problem, you can make your jewelry shine again by polishing it with a soft, dry cloth or a special silver polishing cloth. Does this not have the desired result? Then you can use a silver polish.
