What a pity that a piece of jewelry that you wanted to order so badly has become sold out. In most cases, the jewelry is returned to stock. It may be that a piece of jewelry is no longer back in stock because it is removed from the range to make way for new designs. Do you want to know for sure when your favorite will be back in stock? Yes, we ship worldwide from the Netherlands or Bali based on your location. Shipments within Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of Asia are usually sent from Bali.

Any import duties for international shipments outside Europe and Indonesia are for the customer. These taxes are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

What a pity that a piece of jewelry that you have ordered is not entirely satisfactory, but that can of course happen. You can return the jewelry within 30 days of receipt. Follow the following steps.

Return instructions.
1. Pack the items in the original packaging and box or other sturdy packaging.
2. Fill in the return form that you received with your order, place it in the box and seal the box tightly.
3. Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or product? Then order it again on our website and return the original item.

The purchase amount will be transferred back to the account used by you within 14 days. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.

The costs for returning are for your own account. As a small company, we unfortunately cannot cover these costs.
We recommend sending your return as a letterbox package with track & trace because The Spice of Life is not responsible for the loss of a shipment.

Used jewelry cannot be returned.

If you return all items from your order, you will also receive the shipping costs back. The return costs are for your own account.

The gold jewelry is made of real silver with a very qualitative 18 karat gold plating. The gold plating uses the micron plating technique so that the color is retained. We are therefore happy to give a 6-month warranty on the color. In the unlikely event that something should happen to it in the meantime, we will gladly replace the jewelry for a new one.

If you do not wear real silver jewelry for a while or do not store it properly, it can turn dark due to the oxidation process. No problem, you can make your jewelry shine again by polishing it with a soft, dry cloth or a special silver polishing cloth. Does this not have the desired result? Then you can use a silver polish.
