Did you find what you were looking for? Awesome! Place the jewelry in your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping you can proceed to the check out where you can enter any discount codes.

Enter your shipping and payment details and choose the desired payment method. After receiving your payment you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will keep you informed of the status of your order by e-mail or you can view the progress in your account.

What a pity that a piece of jewelry that you wanted to order so badly has become sold out. In most cases, the jewelry is returned to stock. It may be that a piece of jewelry is no longer back in stock because it is removed from the range to make way for new designs. Do you want to know for sure when your favorite will be back in stock? Send an email with the link to the jewelry to info@thespiceoflife.nl and we will check it for you.

We use different payment methods so that there is always a payment method for your preference.

IDEAL

Pay directly from your bank account with IDEAL. You can use IDEAL with a Dutch bank account number.

Klarna
Pay afterwards - only in the Netherlands & Belgium.

Would you rather pay after receiving your order? Which can! In this case, choose Klarna postpay as the payment method. After sending your order you have 30 days to pay. This way you only pay when you are completely satisfied with your new jewellery.
This payment method is only available for the Netherlands and Belgium.

PayPal

If you have a PayPal account you can choose this payment method.

Credit card

Would you like to pay with a credit card? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.

Bancontact

Payment method similar to IDEAL, but mainly used in Belgium.

Yes, we ship worldwide from the Netherlands or Bali based on your location. Shipments within Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of Asia are usually sent from Bali.

Any import duties for international shipments outside Europe and Indonesia are for the customer. These taxes are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Of course you want to enjoy your new purchase as soon as possible. We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Did you place your order on a working day before 21:00 within the Netherlands? Then it will be shipped the same day for next working day delivery.

Belgium: 1-2 business days
Europe: 2-3 days
Indonesia: 1-3 days
Other countries: 5-8 business days

After sending your order you will receive an email with the track & trace code for tracking your order.

Orders above €65 become shipped for free within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Worldwide shipping: for other countries, the shipping costs are calculated in the check out.

Any import duties and taxes imposed by customs for shipments outside Europe are the responsibility of the customer.

What a pity that a piece of jewelry that you have ordered is not entirely satisfactory, but that can of course happen. You can return the jewelry within 30 days of receipt. Follow the following steps.

Return instructions.
1. Pack the items in the original packaging and box or other sturdy packaging.
2. Fill in the return form that you received with your order, place it in the box and seal the box tightly.
3. Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or product? Then order it again on our website and return the original item.
4. Return the items to the following address:

The purchase amount will be transferred back to the account used by you within 14 days. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.

The costs for returning are for your own account. As a small company, we unfortunately cannot cover these costs.
We recommend sending your return as a letterbox package with track & trace because The Spice of Life is not responsible for the loss of a shipment.

Used jewelry cannot be returned.

The gold jewelry is made of real silver with a very qualitative 18 karat gold plating. The gold plating uses the micron plating technique so that the color is retained. We are therefore happy to give a 6-month warranty on the color. In the unlikely event that something should happen to it in the meantime, we will gladly replace the jewelry for a new one.

20% off everything from Friday 24 November until Monday 27 November 23:59 (CET). There is no code needed. The discount will be automatically applied in the checkout.

We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@thespiceolife.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
