The Spice of Life operates multiple jewelry stores in Bali. As our brand continues to grow, we are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to lead the commercial performance and operational excellence of our retail stores. This is a senior role with full responsibility for store performance, team leadership, and operational structure.
Key Responsibilities
Fully responsible for the performance and smooth operation of all retail locations in Bali.
- Coordinate between stores and management
- Monitor and improve store sales performance
- Manage and improve overall store experience
- Manage inventory and stock flow
- Improve operational systems and efficiency
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards
- Aligning in-store execution with marketing campaigns
- Implementing structured reporting systems
You will report directly to the Director and are expected to take ownership of retail performance.
We Are Looking For
- 3+ years experience in Operations Management in retail, F&B or hospitality
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Ability to quickly master new software or inventory systems.
- Strong leadership, communication and planning skills
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented
- Understanding of retail KPIs and sales targets
